This review is from: Golden Wheels Mens Demolition Bike (Sports) Pros: Shimano brand cables for brakes and shifting gears. The disc brakes are very good. It's got full suspension. Cons: The seat is extremely uncomfortable. There is no kickstand. There is no place to put a water bottle holder, or a frame mounted air pump. I ended up putting a handle bar zippered bag to keep my bike tools and an air pump. Over all I am happy with it. For the money I paid, I have a good quality mountain bike. If you're considering this bike please get a seat cushion, or an entirely new seat. This review is from: Golden Wheels Mens Demolition Bike (Sports) I was on my college campus and I was going down hill toward a parking lot, there were large truck unloading, so I slowed down, I down shifted the bike gear and I heard a "POP". My brakes gave out at the same time. I went head first into the loading platform on the back of one of these trucks because I couldn't stop. Luckily I had a helmet on. The Shimano gear assembly for the bike was held on by a plastic piece. It gave out. It went into the spokes and brake disc assembly and prevented me from braking, as well as knocking the chain off the pedals and twisting all the metal attached to it. I am lucky to have my life today. This bike is 3 days old, and I have ridden it twice. I am experienced rider and never have I had something like this happen, ever. the Worst I have had was the chain jump the gears and I would have to manually put it back on track.
