After hours spent putting bike together, it was not functional. A bike shop tried to work on it and called me to say it was such a piece of junk, I was better off throwing it away. This review is from: Golden Wheels Womens Hurricane Bike (Sports) I received this bike in a timely manner but the front tire was punctured and the wheel was out of alignment. My neighbor put it together after I purchased a new inner tube. I had to have a professional make the bike shift and ride properly. I emailed and called the manufacturer but got no reply until I emailed again and they apologized. I asked for an innertube replacement and they actually sent a new front wheel/tire.
